THE LIBA offers low cost registration, an effective schedule, professional umpires, league directors and true customer service. You pay the umpires on the field rather than in one lump sum. You only pay for the games you play. We work with managers to determine where your team best fits in our league. We can blackout other leagues’ dates and or tournaments.  There is still time to join us for 2009.
